Our goal has always been to create positive experiences out of our baked goods and creations. We specialize in producing naturally-leavened, slow-fermented breads and pastries, made the traditional way.
FAQs
What are your baking schedules?
We bake Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays of the week. Since our slow-fermentation process takes about 15 hours, our order cut off is 2-days prior to your preferred bake date. All breads are baked the same day as your delivery date.
When is the best time to slice my sourdough loaves?
The best time to slice is at the end of the day, when the bread has properly cooled down.
What are your fulfillment options?
You may book for your own pick-up, or choose to have your orders delivered. Our delivery fees are based per area or location. All orders will be coming from our Mandaluyong commissary.
What are your guidelines to freshness?
Sourdough Loaves and Brioche
Our naturally-leavened breads can sit 2 days at best in room temperature. If you wish to store for while, we recommend for it to be sliced before storing in the freezer and keep for up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Sourdough Cookies, Waffles and Pastries
Cookies, Waffles and Pastries can sit in room temperature for 2 to 3 days. Store in the fridge to keep it for at least a week, or in the freezer to keep it for up to 2 weeks.
Focizzas and Focaccias
Consume immediately upon receipt.
Store in the fridge to keep it for 2 to 3 days, or in the freezer to keep it up for up to 2 weeks
What are your delivery locations?
For now we are able to serve Metro Manila, and nearby provinces and cities (in the south. or north of Luzon).
Storage information
- Sourdough bread and pastries generally keep for about 3 days in a dry and cool room temp environment
- May keep a bit longer in a plastic bag in the fridge for short term storage
- May keep for a month or so in the freezer. Pre-slice before freezing to easily access serving size pieces.
Reheating Instructions
- Room Temp / Frozen Bread - Heat in Oven Toaster or on a Thick pan (with butter) over medium heat for about 2 to 3 mins.
- Room Temp / Frozen Pastries - Heat in Oven Toaster over low to medium heat for 2 - 3 mins
- May need to extend a 1 - 2 minutes for frozen bread and pastries
- For older bread - Spray with water, toaster or pan side down and let the crumb rehydrate during the heating process
