Our Story

Established in 2020 by Paolo and Dane Wong, W Bakehouse has evolved from a micro-bakery serving a small batch of Sourdough loaves, to now serving a wider market of retail and business customers in Manila and in North Luzon. 
Our curated, artisanal baked goods are available to both individual and business customers. For B2B partnerships, we are offering food concept solutions for cafes, restaurants, special engagements and retail events.

W Bakehouse continues to grow and expand its reach by catering to more customers, with the goal of producing naturally-fermented sourdough breads and confectionery nationwide
